Grandmaster Simon Williams, the world’s leading exponent of The Classical Dutch, introduces his debut DVD where the viewer explores the spectrum of exciting opportunities that Black will encounter when playing this opening.

With a running time of over 6 hours, this innovative chess tutorial DVD is serious value for money. Follow Simon as he introduces the main ideas and theory behind The Classical Dutch.

The DVD design is a key factor that will ensure this product stands out from the crowd. Navigating through the DVD is made simple by easy to follow menus. Simon conducts this tutorial in a 3x camera ‘Green Screen’ virtual TV studio that merges a montage of chess imagery onto the background.

The DVD is also built around the concept of ‘Infotainment’, where the learning process is enhanced with entertaining sequences between each chapter. These excursions take the viewer into Simon’s Mad Chess World.

Outside of competitions and exhibition games, these sequences also explore the likes of blindfold chess, simultaneous chess, exchange chess, drinking chess and chessboxing.

IM Andrew Martin:
"The Killer Dutch is an excellent and highly entertaining piece of work"

John Anderson – British Chess Correspondence Association Magazine:
"‘The benefits of using a professional production company are immediately apparent in the excellent design, format and graphics. It really is a pleasure to watch."

ChessCafe.com:
"He is either exceptionally well-prepared for his presentation or just an amazingly natural presenter"

Marsh Towers:
"Killer Dutch is an excellent DVD and one which I feel will genuinely help viewers develop a much better understanding of this tricky and demanding opening"

System Requirements: This DVD will run on all platforms - PC, MAC, Games consoles and set top boxes. 625 PAL
